December 14th  - Christmas Lunch – Benito’s Restaurant, Nepean Hwy, Mornington

Sixty one excited ladies met at Benito’s Restaurant Mornington for the Pink Slips Christmas Lunch.
Theresa, from “Undercover Wear” and Julian from “European Shoe Outlet” provided the finery for models Kaye, Cheryl and Lorraine to parade.  The girls looked wonderful!
Lunch was fabulous, lucky spot prizes a great hit, not one but two Santas, many agreed it was our “BEST EVER LUNCH”.
A big thank you to Dino and Nicole from Benito’s for looking after us so well.  Thanks to Theresa, Julian – Lois, Ann, Wendy and Barb for our mini Christmas market.  A special thank you to Cheryl for all her work in putting together such a fun day so many ladies enjoyed.
From all at Let’s Go Cruisin and Pink Slips have a very Happy and Safe Christmas and look forward to seeing you in 2013.

An early start for the Cruise Night, join us for a Cup Day lunch at the Sober Mule Café. Prizes for Best Dressed, watch the races, Cup Sweeps & Charity Calcutta.

October 5th– Como House - Cnr Williams Rd & Lechlade Ave, South Yarra

A special Christmas themed luncheon will be served. The menu will include a 'special' roast, meatloaf and pudding. Join in the festivities by bringing a Kris Kringle to value of $5. Pink Slips invite you to come along for our May 2012 Lunch at the Harvest Cafesituated within the Yarra Ranges Museum in Lilydale. Date: Friday 4th May 2012 Time: 12 noon.  Contact Jan Pearman.
The Museum Harvest Cafe is located at 35-37 Castella St, next to Melba Park, just off the Maroondah Hwy in the centre of Lilydale.
The renowned Healesville Hotel operates the Yarra Ranges Regional Museum’s Harvest Café, serving breakfast, lunch and light meals. They also serve a great selection of cakes and coffee. Situated on the corner of the recently completes Museum, it overlooks Melba Park. The café is a major drawcard for the museum, providing visitors a place to enjoy some fine food, wine or coffee.

The award winning Yarra Ranges Regional Museum is a new, contemporary space that reflects unique aspects of historic and modern life in the Yarra Ranges region. The exhibition from April – June is ‘Practice makes Perfect’, Australian Samplers 1850 – Present.

Bus Trip to the Melbourne Flower and Garden Show. Wed Mar 28th.

Yep, the boys all cruise off to the Hot Rod Show at the Exhibition buildings in Carlton every year, well now it’s the girls turn. The Melbourne Flower & Garden Show, held in late March, is a mjor event on Melbourne's calendar. Tickets are now available at $35 pp [bus, morning tea & show entry] from Cheryl H and selling fast. Get yours for another great Pink Slips day out. Guys can come too! There will be an Esky on the bus by special request!! Email Cheryl H at cruisinletsgo@hotmail.com for further details.
Pink Slips held a function at Cheryl Mill's home and $100 was raised. The $100 was donated to Biala Peninsula which is a support group for children with special needs.
On the right is a copy of the thank you letter we've received as a result along with a copy of their flyer to give you some insight into what they're about.

March Lunch - March 9th

Pink Slips invite you to the March Lunch at Elixir Cafe at the rear of the Tyabb Packing House, Mornington-Tyabb Rd, Tyabb on Friday March 9th from 12 noon.

February Lunch - Feb 10th

Join us for our ‘It’s about Me’ lunch on Friday February 10th at Cheryl M’s house in Langwarrin. Sue Doogan from Image Styling will help us with colours and have some fabulous jewellery and make up.
